Mrs. Howard was born July 30, 1945 to the late Clarence and Nancy Jaco Kilgore. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kristina Spivey and siblings; Gene Kilgore, Bob Kilgore, Charles Kilgore, Louise Killom, and Patricia Smith.
